Strawberry Gingivitis and Septal Perforation as Onset Manifestations of Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis Triggered by COVID‐19

Capsule summary A 31‐year‐old woman developed granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) following mild COVID‐19 infection, presenting with fever, fatigue, facial pain, epistaxis, and strawberry gingivitis. CT revealed nasal septal perforation, while c‐ANCA and anti‐proteinase 3 antibodies confirmed the diagnosis.
