A compact diplexer fabricated on substrate-integrated waveguide (SIW) technology is presented. The diplexer is a coupled-resonator network with no additional elements such as power dividers, composed exclusively of six SIW resonators coupled through inductive irises, with one transmission zero at each channel that improves the selectivity.

Width-Constrained Multilayer SIW Components Based on Adjoined Folded SIW Transitions
2024 15th German Microwave Conference (GeMiC)Stacked, multilayer substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) components are discussed in this contribution. The superordinate design constraint is the limitation of the lateral dimensions determined by the width of the feed SIWs. This is achieved by using a broadband adjoined SIW-to-folded-SIW transition.
