系统性红斑狼疮患者血浆可溶性血栓调节蛋白的动态观察

目的　了解血浆可溶性血栓调节蛋白（ｓＴＭ）与系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）活动度的关系。方法 ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定４６例ＳＬＥ患者及２０例正常人血浆ｓＴＭ水平，观察１９例ＳＬＥ患者治疗前后血浆ｓＴＭ变化情况。结果ＳＬＥ活动组ｓＴＭ水平高于非活动组和对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）； ｓＴＭ与多个ＳＬＥ活动度评分相关（Ｐ＜０．００１）；治疗后ｓＪＭ水平显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论血浆ｓＴＭ水平与ＳＬＥ活动度相关，可作为ＳＬＥ的疗效观察指标。
