Phase Equilibria Analysis for Metacarbonate With Applications to Zoned Calc‐Silicate Aureoles
ABSTRACT Carbonate rocks react with infiltrating hydrothermal fluids to produce zoned calcsilicate assemblages in contact aureoles. Petrogenetic grids provide valuable insights into phase relations, metamorphic temperature (T) and the fluid composition (X) of the metacarbonate systems, as well as semi‐quantification of the prograde decarbonation at ...

Carbon isotope thermometry in metacarbonate rocks from the Sør Rondane Mountains, East Antarctica revealed multiple thermal events. ABSTRACT Nine metacarbonate layers from the regionally metamorphosed terrane of the Sør Rondane Mountains in the Eastern Dronning Maud Land in East Antarctica were examined in detail for constraining the thermal events ...

Abstract The Pleistocene (∼0.6 Ma) Cupaello monogenetic volcano, cropping out in central Italy, belongs to the Intra Apennine Province (IAP). It is represented by a single lava flow with kamafugitic composition, associated with a volumetrically limited pyroclastic deposit and a phosphate‐rich layer close to the small vent.

Broadband seismic data acquisition and processing of iron oxide deposits in Blötberget, Sweden
Abstract In June 2022, an innovative seismic survey was conducted in Blötberget, central Sweden, to evaluate the effectiveness of employing both a broadband seismic source and broadband receivers for mineral exploration in a challenging hardrock setting. The Blötberget mine hosts high‐quality iron oxides, predominantly magnetite and hematite, sometimes
