Dynamic Regulation of Endogenous Transcription Factor Hubs at Single‐Molecule Resolution

This study combines single‐molecule microscopy and genome editing to characterize the dynamic behaviors of endogenous oncofusion transcription factor EWS::FLI1 in Ewing sarcoma cells. EWS::FLI1 forms neomorphic hubs that dynamically assemble and dissolve. The hubs are regulated during mitosis, by RNA, and by specific chemicals.

WS2 Optoelectronic Memristive Reservoir Enabling Ultra‐Low‐Power, Multi‐Task, and Environmentally Stable Neuromorphic Computing

WS2‐based in‐memory sensing reservoir computing integrates sensing, memory, and computation in one compact device. It achieves ∼94% N‐MNIST, ∼93% eye motion perception, and ∼89% speech recognition with ultra‐low energy (∼25.5 fJ/spike). Integrated Opto–Biomechatronics For Single Muscle Fibre Structure‐Function Assessment: The MyoRobot 3.0

We present the MyoRobot 3.0, an advanced platform that combines high‐resolution imaging with automated mechanical testing to improve the accuracy of single muscle fibre analysis. The system tracks fibre diameter changes during stretch, preventing major stress miscalculations.

Architecture‐Controlled Hierarchical Carbon‐Based Current Collector for Mitigating Interfacial Instabilities in Lithium‐Metal Anodes

A defect‐engineered, hierarchically porous carbon black/CNT current collector guides lithiophilic nucleation in 3D architecture. Steam‐created defects enable uniform Li plating, while CNTs provide conductivity and a lightweight framework, suppressing dendrites and side reactions for stable anode‐free cells.
