xx xx. ABSTRACT Osseointegration of orthopedic and dental implants is influenced by local and systemic factors, including their physicochemical surface properties and the patient's overall health status. Titanium and its alloys have been a longstanding standard for bone implants due to their innate biocompatibility and mechanical properties.

Transition to Collective Oscillations in Finite Kuramoto Ensembles
We present an alternative approach to finite-size effects around the synchronization transition in the standard Kuramoto model. Our main focus lies on the conditions under which a collective oscillatory mode is well defined. For this purpose, the minimal

Let ( σ , Z ) (\sigma ,\,Z) be a metric minimal flow. Let Y be a compact metric space and let g \mathcal {g} be a pathwise connected group of homeomorphisms of Y. We consider a family of skew product flows on Z × Y

A two‐phase workflow (OFAT screening followed by central composite design) maps how processing variables tune PFCE‐PLGA nanoparticle size, dispersity, surface charge, loading, and 19F‐MRI signal. In situ, time‐resolved synchrotron SAXS tracks albumin‐corona growth on intact dispersions and reveals PFCE‐dependent adsorption pathways.

Crash of ’87 - Was it Expected? Aggregate Market Fears and Long Range Dependence [PDF]
We develop a dynamic framework to identify aggregate market fears ahead of a major market crash through the skewness premium of European options. Our methodology is based on measuring the distribution of a skewness premium through a q-Gaussian density ...

Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy in Bionanotechnology: Current Advances and Future Perspectives
Kelvin probe force microscopy (KPFM) enables the nanoscale mapping of electrostatic surface potentials. While widely applied in materials science, its use in biological systems remains emerging. This review presents recent advances in KPFM applied to biological samples and provides a critical perspective on current limitations and future directions for

A Versatile Distribution Based on the Incomplete Gamma Function: Characterization and Applications
In this study, we introduce a novel distribution related to the gamma distribution, referred to as the generalized incomplete gamma distribution. This new family is defined through a stochastic representation involving a linear transformation of a random
