Dynamics of carving runs in alpine skiing. I.The basic centrifugal pendulum. [PDF]
We studied perfect carving turns of alpine skiing using the simple model of an inverted pendulum which is subject to the gravity force and the force mimicking the centrifugal force emerging in the turns. Depending on the turn speed the model describes two different regimes.

Species composition on reclaimed ski runs compared with unseeded areas [PDF]
The cover of native and non-native introduced plants was compared between seeded (reclaimed) ski runs and adjacent or nearby unseeded (control) areas at a managed ski area in northern Arizona to determine the potential effects of revegetation efforts on plant species composition of the area. Although vegetative cover was similar, plant species richness

Agent-based Data Processing for Flight Posture Performance in Ski Jumping
To address the issues of ski jumping training relying on experience, lacking data-driven and personalized guidance, this study investigates the agent's processing of flight posture data. An agent was constructed on the Coze platform (https://kouzi.ai-kit.
