An innovative reconfigurable memory device (RMD) based on MoS2/CuInP2S6 heterostructure enabled by defect engineering of ferroelectric CuInP2S6 nanosheet is developed. In memory mode, the RMD can diagnose ophthalmic disease by segmenting vasculature within biological retinas.
