Effect of artificial gravity on calcaneal bone marrow adipose tissue and mineral content in female and male participants in 60 days of bed rest

open access: yesExperimental Physiology, EarlyView.
Abstract Modulation of bone marrow adipose tissue (BMAT) with prolonged inactivity was reported in haemopoietic but not in non‐haemopoietic bones. This prospective randomized controlled trial submitted 16 men and 8 women to 60 days of 6° head‐down‐tilt bed rest.

Outcomes of a microscope‐assisted modified minimally invasive non‐surgical technique (M‐MINST) for Stage 4 periodontal disease of the maxillary fourth premolar: A case series of six dogs

open access: yesVeterinary Record Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 1, February 2026.
Abstract Periodontal disease (PD) is common in dogs, and there is a lack of treatments that preserve the carnassial teeth. This study investigated the effects of a microscope‐assisted modified minimally invasive nonsurgical technique (M‐MINST) on attachment levels and furcation involvement in dogs with PD.

Effects of Prior Local Therapy by Radical Prostatectomy or Radiotherapy on the Efficacy and Quality of Life of Patients Treated With Darolutamide in ARAMIS

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Darolutamide plus androgen‐deprivation therapy (ADT) improved metastasis‐free survival (MFS) by 2 years and reduced the risk of death by 31% in nonmetastatic castration‐resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC) in ARAMIS. Prior local therapy may influence the efficacy of subsequent systemic therapy.
