Harnessing the Potential of Dip‐Pen Nanolithography to Pattern Meta‐Chemical Surfaces with Glutathione Inks: An Electrochemical Sensor for Pb(II) and Hg(II)

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Meta‐chemical surfaces for portable electrochemical sensors are developed using the DPN method. Sensitivity is influenced by the exposed surface, pattern pitch, and binding strength between the ligand and cations. Therefore, it can be regulated by altering these parameters, which is a significant result in the heavy‐metal sensor field.

Nanoinjection Platform for Drug Delivery in Breast Cancer Therapeutics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A schematic shows Nanoarchaeosomes loaded with doxorubicin (NAD) delivered via silicon nanotubes (SiNTs) into MCF‐7 cells, triggering apoptosis and necrosis. Released doxorubicin generates ROS, disrupts mitochondria, and intercalates DNA. This dual‐action nanoinjection enhances cytotoxicity and improves breast cancer therapy efficacy.

Enhancing Diffraction Efficiency in Polarization Volume Gratings via Polymer‐Stabilized Cholesteric Liquid Crystal Bilayers

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A tunable polarization volume grating (PVG) is demonstrated using a phase‐separated bilayer of polymer‐stabilized cholesteric liquid crystals (PSCLCs) with opposite handedness. The resulting dual‐band helical structure exhibits circular polarization selectivity, enhanced diffraction efficiency, and dynamic spectral control, offering new opportunities ...

Ultra‐High‐Throughput Nanoliter‐Scale Liquid‐Liquid Extractions and Reaction Mixture Purification

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
This work presents a novel approach for the extraction or addition of substances and purification of chemical synthesis in a miniaturized, high‐throughput (HT) manner. It is based on high droplet stability on the Droplet Microarray (DMA), allowing the complete immersion of a miniaturized array with up to 2688 15 nL‐droplets into an organic solvent and ...
