We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.

Analysis of methods for calculating the width of normal cracks in reinforced concrete structures
The width of normal cracks at the level of tensile reinforcement was calculated according to various methods using the data obtained from experimental tests on reinforced concrete beams (without reinforcement pre-stress), pre-cast reinforced concrete ...

Experimental investigation of 50 MPa reinforced concrete slabs subjected to blast loading [PDF]
This paper presents results from blast tests conducted on four 50 MPa concrete slabs with reinforcement ratios of 0,175% and 0,37%. Two of the slabs were retrofitted with 50 mm thick foam in order to investigate the potential of using the foam as a ...

n‐Type Polymer Radio Frequency Rectifiers Operating at 18.5 GHz
Combining an n‐doped polymer semiconductor with wafer‐scale asymmetric planar electrodes featuring work function‐engineered contacts yields radio‐frequency diodes and rectifying circuits operating at up to 18.5 GHz. The devices combine scalable manufacturing with an operating frequency previously unattainable by large‐area organic electronics ...

A simplified simulation method for progressive collapse of reinforced concrete slabs
Floor slabs are important components of frame structures which largely affect the structural progressive collapse performance. This paper presents a simplified numerical simulation method for reinforced concrete (RC) slabs. A RC slab is discretized along

Formation mechanism of internal cracks in continuous casting slabs with soft reduction
The crack morphology and element segregation in continuous casting slabs were studied to solve the problem of internal cracks. The stress of the solidification front was analyzed by a finite element model at a series of reduction parameters and compared ...

A new benign solvent (1,3‐diphenylacetone) enables a simple, safe, and sustainable dissolution and gelation method to convert waste PET into low density, monolithic aerogels with high mechanical strength (E = 20 MPa) and remarkably low thermal conductivity (k = 21.9 to 28.9 mW/m·K).
