Degradation Properties of Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes with Modified Interface Charge Density via Dipolar Doping Studied by Displacement Current Measurement

The interface charge accumulation properties of Alq3‐based organic light‐emitting diodes are modified by dipolar doping, and their influence on the degradation mechanism is investigated. Spontaneous‐orientation‐polarization‐induced charge accumulation and subsequent exciton‐polaron quenching are not primary factors in the degradation mechanism.
