A MATHEMATICAL STUDY ON THE VELOCITY SLIP OF PHASES DURING THE INTERACTION BETWEEN A SHOCK WAVE OF LIMITING LOW INTENSITY AND AN ELECTRICALLY CHARGED GAS SUSPENSION

, 2020
The paper presents a mathematical model of an electrically charged suspension of particles, as well as numerical calculations related to the dynamics of the dispersed component of a mixture moving both under the influence of aerodynamic forces and under ...

A Numerical Investigation of Porosity and Suction/Injection Effects on Magnetized Slip Flow Affected by Temperature‐dependent Property

Heat Transfer
Suction/injection impacts are extremely crucial in boundary layer control, especially in engineering, aerodynamics, space research, and medicine. These benefits prompted our quest to further dig into the effect of wall porosity in industrial working ...

Experimental investigation of waverier aerodynamic forces in supersonic and hypersonic slip regime

2022
This paper presents an experimental investigation focused on aerodynamic forces of a waverider in supersonic and hypersonic slip regime. This study is carried out in the laboratory ICARE of CNRS with the wind tunnel named MARHy. This facility recreates supersonic and hypersonic rarefied flows thanks to different nozzles and a pumping unit able to ...

Aerodynamic forces and moments on a dihedral swept wing in a translation with attack and side-slip angle

Summary: This paper presents a short-cut method for the determination of aerodynamic forces and moments acting on a non-zero dihedral swept wing, during a uniform, linear translation, at a given attack and side-slip angle. General expressions for forces and moments are derived.
