Analytical Solutions for Unsteady Pipe Flows with Slip Boundary Condition
In this paper analytical expressions for time-dependent velocity profiles and pressure gradient are obtained for fully-developed laminar flows with given volume flow-rate conditions in circular pipe flows with slip boundary conditions.

Transient pressure-driven electrokinetic slip flow and heat transfer through a microannulus
To guarantee the transporting efficiency of microdevices associated with fluid transportation, mixing, or separation and to promote the heat transfer performance of heat exchangers in microelectronics, the hydrodynamic behaviors at the unsteady state as ...

The tribological behavior of 100Cr6 steel spheres textured via Vickers microindentation is evaluated under lubricated sliding by varying both dimple size and density. Fine and dense textures significantly reduce friction across all lubrication regimes, while large dimples increase it.

Oscillatory flow through a channel with stick-slip walls: Complex Navier's slip length
Effective slip lengths for pressure-driven oscillatory flow through a parallel-plate channel with boundary slip are deduced using a semi-analytic method of eigenfunction expansions and point matching. The channel walls are each a superhydrophobic surface

Electroviscous effect on fluid drag in a microchannel with large zeta potential
The electroviscous effect has been widely studied to investigate the effect of surface charge-induced electric double layers (EDL) on the pressure-driven flow in a micro/nano channel.
