Exposure‐Based Toxicological Evaluation of Lead and Elemental Impurities in Encapsulated Green Tea Dietary Supplements Under a Regulatory Framework

open access: yesJournal of Applied Toxicology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The consumption of green tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) in the form of encapsulated dietary supplements has increased substantially in recent years; however, data supporting toxicological risk assessment of inorganic contaminants in these products remain limited.

RECiPROsody: A Study Protocol for Investigating Movement and Prosodic Synchrony as Embodied Markers of Relational Attunement in Gestalt Psychotherapy

open access: yesThe Journal of Humanistic Counseling, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Nonverbal synchrony supports therapeutic alliance, yet its role in Gestalt psychotherapy remains underexplored. This manuscript presents the RECiPROsody study protocol, designed to investigate how multimodal interpersonal synchrony between therapists and clients relates to embodied attunement and therapeutic outcomes.

Finite Element Simulation of the 3D Printing Process for the Fabrication of Fatigue Test Specimens with Regard to Residual Stresses

open access: yesRUDN Journal of Engineering Research
Fatigue failure under cyclic loading is a critical concern for design engineers because tensile residual stresses can significantly reduce the service life of a component.

Soil Silicon Application Alleviates Drought Stress in Sugar Beet (Beta vulgaris L.)

open access: yesJournal of Plant Nutrition and Soil Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background: The increasing frequency and intensity of drought events have led to yield and quality losses in sugar beet production in temperate regions in Central Europe. Under arid conditions, silicon (Si) application reduced beet yield losses under drought. Similar data for temperate climates are missing.

Impaired but now diagnosable: Combining analytic frameworks for incorporating symptom weighting in the classification of full‐threshold and subthreshold posttraumatic stress disorder

open access: yesJournal of Traumatic Stress, EarlyView.
Abstract Individuals with subthreshold posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) often experience significant impairment yet face barriers to care (e.g., insurance denials and exclusion from clinical trials) due to strict Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM)–based diagnostic criteria that rely entirely on symptom counts.

Autologous minimally manipulated adipose‐derived stromal vascular fraction in knee osteoarthritis: Lasting symptom relief and imaging evidence from a 12‐month prospective study

open access: yesKnee Surgery, Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy, EarlyView.
Abstract Purpose To evaluate the safety and efficacy of intra‐articular autologous transplantation of adipose‐derived connective tissue micrografts rich in stromal vascular fraction (CTM‐SVF), obtained using an enzyme‐free system (Hy‐Tissue® SVF) for knee osteoarthritis (OA). Methods Thirty patients (mean age of 53.3 ± 6.4 years) with Kellgren–Lawrence

Precision Restoration to Minimize Soil Loss in a Watershed in the Atlantic Forest Domain

open access: yesLand Degradation &Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The Turvo River Watershed, located in the Zona da Mata region of Minas Gerais and part of the Doce River Basin, faces serious problems of erosion and soil degradation, which compromise and reduce the quality of local water resources. Given this scenario, it is essential to implement environmental recovery strategies that prioritize the ...

Deterministic Fiber‐Optic Spectral Engineering Enables Three‐Color Multiplexed Two‐Photon Microscopy

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
A simulation‐guided spectral‐engineering framework maps the nonlinear parameter space of a fiber laser platform to identify balanced three‐band excitation states. The resulting 960, 1080, and 1175 nm femtosecond pulses deliver nJ‐level energies for low‐cross‐talk chromatically multiplexed two‐photon microscopy.
