Traits Explain Changes in Sphagnum Moss Composition Under Experimental Warming in a Boreal Peatland
Experimental warming for 7 years reshaped peatland vegetation through species specific changes in Sphagnum mosses. Warming reduced moisture‐dependent species like S. angustifolium while favouring taxa adapted to drier conditions with corresponding shifts in community weighted mean of Sphagnum traits.
