Ferromagnetism or slow paramagnetic relaxation in Fe-doped Li$_3$N? [PDF]
We report on isothermal magnetization, M\"ossbauer spectroscopy, and magnetostriction as well as temperature-dependent alternating-current (ac) susceptibility, specific heat, and thermal expansion of single crystalline and polycrstalline Li$_2$(Li$_{1-x}$

Electric control of magnetic tunnel junctions offers a path to drastically reduce the energy requirements of the device. Electric field control of magnetization can be realized in a multitude of ways. These mechanisms can be integrated into existing spintronic devices to further reduce the operational energy.

Magnetization relaxation dynamics in [Co/Pt]_{3} multilayers on pico- and nanosecond timescales
We experimentally investigated magnetization relaxation dynamics in the largely unexplored time window extending from few picoseconds up to two nanoseconds following femtosecond laser pulse excitation. We triggered magnetization dynamics in [Co(0.4nm)/Pt(

Controlled syntheses of lanthanide coordination polymers based on the dihydroxybenzoquinone (DHBQ) organic linker afforded large single crystals of Ln‐DHBQ CPs (Ln = Yb, Nd). A novel structural variant of Yb‐DHBQ is identified by means of single crystal diffraction analysis.

Tuning Valley Polarization in a WSe_{2} Monolayer with a Tiny Magnetic Field
In monolayers of semiconducting transition metal dichalcogenides, the light helicity (σ^{+} or σ^{-}) is locked to the valley degree of freedom, leading to the possibility of optical initialization of distinct valley populations.

Exceptionally slow magnetic relaxation in cobalt(
Cobalt(ii) benzoate trihydrate possesses a positively charged chain of Co(ii) atoms triply linked by bridging benzoato and aqua ligands. Magnetic studies revealed ferromagnetic coupling between the Co(ii) atoms and slow magnetic relaxation with two relaxation channels.

Positive‐Tone Nanolithography of Antimony Trisulfide with Femtosecond Laser Wet‐Etching
A butyldithiocarbamic acid (BDCA) etchant is used to fabricate various micro‐ and nanoscale structures on amorphous antimony trisulfide (a‐Sb2S3) thin film via femtosecond laser etching. Numerical analysis and experimental results elucidate the patterning mechanism on gold (reflective) and quartz (transmissive) substrates.

Effects of surface treatments on flux tunable transmon qubits
One of the main limitations in state-of-the art solid-state quantum processors is qubit decoherence and relaxation due to noise from adsorbates on surfaces, impurities at interfaces, and material defects.
