Parallel Multi‐Target Detection for Quantum LiDAR
Parallel multi‐target detection is achieved in quantum LiDAR with a single‐pixel quantum readout. Direction and distance information are extracted together, allowing multiple objects to be distinguished under noisy low‐light conditions and pointing to a new strategy for scan‐free quantum remote sensing.

Void distribution in slug flow
International Journal of Multiphase Flow, 1993Abstract Air-water slug flow at atmospheric conditions in horizontal pipes of 31 and 53 mm i.d. has been characterized experimentally with local (optical) and cross-sectional (conductance) probes. The objective of the work is to improve the description of slug flow and the closure relations required in mean kinematic slug flow models.

A model for slug length distribution in gas-liquid slug flow
International Journal of Multiphase Flow, 1993Summary: Intermittent, or slug flow, is a very common occurrence in gas-liquid two-phase pipe flow. Usually slug flow is an undesirable flow pattern since the existence of long lumps of liquid slugs that move at high speed is unfavorable to gas-liquid transportation.
