Nacre‐inspired layered composite with excellent mechanical support and osteogenic potential for cervical interbody cage

open access: yesBMEMat, EarlyView.
The cervical interbody cage needs to take both biomechanical and biological requirements into account. Here, a new‐style degradable, multicomponent, and bioinspired nacre‐like cervical interbody cage composite, which exhibits promising mechanical‐support‐related behavior and osteogenesis‐related potential, is designed and prepared.

Analysis of minimum specific energy consumption and optimal transport concentration of slurry pipeline transport systems

Particuology, 2022
Abstract Slurry pipeline transport is widely used in several industrial processes. Calculating the specific power consumption (SPC) and determining the best working conditions are important for the design and operation of transportation systems. Based on the Shanghai Jiao Tong University high-concentration multi-sized slurry pressure drop (SJTU-HMSPD)
