160 GHz Schottky Diodes from Solution‐Processed IGZO

A simple, scalable method for contact engineering of planar asymmetric nanogap electrodes enables the development of Schottky diodes with a cut‐off frequency of 160 GHz. Applying these diodes to radio‐frequency rectifying circuits yields output voltages in the range of 0.3–0.74 volts.

Sm(Nd) doped ceria materials for multifunctional application

Abstract Ceria based solid solution doped by Cu, Mn, Sm(Nd) were synthesized by the co-precipitation method, followed by calcination at the temperature of 500°С. It was shown that all obtained powders of solid solutions crystallized into a cubic structure of the fluorite type, with an average particle size of 4–10 nm.
