A multilayer stretchable organic light‐emitting diode (SOLED) patch enables conformal, high‐fill‐factor phototherapeutic illumination through vertically decoupled electrodes and robust encapsulation. The textile‐based SOLED platform delivers stable skin‐contact red light for wearable phototherapy and 5‐aminolevulinic acid (ALA)‐mediated photodynamic ...

Deformation and Fracture Mode during Small Punch Creep Tests
The creep damage condition of components under elevated temperature is a requirement to guarantee safe life extension and continued operation. Destructive and/or non-destructive assessments are regularly applied to assess the remaining life of components during service. Uniaxial creep specimens have been traditionally employed for conventional tests to

A disulfide‐sticker strategy, coupled with Ca2+ coordination, drives the hierarchical self‐assembly of a recombinant scallop adhesive protein into fishnet‐like nanostructures, affording a coating with versatile wet adhesion and intrinsic antioxidant activity. This biocompatible coating markedly promotes hair regeneration by activating follicular niches,

This study unravels that bone fracture accelerates diabetic wound healing by releasing exosomal microRNA (miR‐130b‐3p). To mimic this bone‐skin crosstalk, we engineered a self‐assembling agomir‐130b‐3p nanocomplex. Delivered via a photocrosslinkable hydrogel, this bio‐inspired therapy provides sustained localized agomir release.

Investigation of small punch creep testing [PDF]
Assessing the damage level of in-service components and obtaining material properties for welded structures exposed to creep is essential for the safe operating of power generation industry.

A graphene oxide nanocarrier presents neuropeptide Y specifically to NPY receptor‐expressing pathways in the amygdala, whose activation selectively suppresses aversive memory formation, without modulating anxiety responses. This circuit‐restricted drug release strategy may impact future design of neuropsychiatric therapies with limited off‐target ...

Small Punch Creep Tests for Grade 92 Forgings [PDF]
This report has been prepared for the ECCC WG 3A as an in kind contribution of JRC. The report compares the creep strengths of two F92 forgings (Grade 92 steel) with differing heat treatments.

On the effects of friction modelling on small punch creep test responses: A numerical investigation
This article shows the results of finite element analyses of small punch creep testing of a P91 steel at 600 °C using two different approaches to model the friction between the specimen and the punch.

Dual Lineages of Langerhans Cells Cooperate to Restore the Immune Barrier after Skin Injury
After skin injury, the epidermal immune barrier is rebuilt by two sources of Langerhans cells. Resident Langerhans cells first move into the wound during re‐epithelialization, guided by CXCR2 signaling. Later, recruited monocytes become long‐lived Langerhans cells.

Experimental and numerical analysis of initial plasticity in P91 steel small punch creep samples [PDF]
To date, the complex behaviour of small punch creep test (SPCT) specimens has not been completely understood, making the test hard to numerically model and the data difficult to interpret.
