Örneğin bir çok ısıtıcı ve soğutucu algılayıcılara sahiptir ve bir çok evde yada ofiste algılayıcı sistemler vardır. Bu çalışmada sıcaklık algılayıcısı olarak bir thermistor ve sıcaklığı değiştirmek için bir ısıtıcı kullanıldı.
