Thermally Pre‐Formed Reconfigurable Resistive Random‐Access Memory Crossbar Arrays: A Dual‐Mode Platform for Robust Physically Unclonable Functions and In‐Memory Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable RRAM platform utilizing thermally pre‐formed filaments (TPFs) is developed to realize robust hardware security. By exploiting the thermodynamic stochasticity of TPFs, exceptionally reliable physically unclonable functions (PUFs) are achieved.

Analytical Solution of Sand-drained Ground Consolidation Based on Continuous Drainage Boundary

open access: yes工程科学与技术, 2019
For the limitations of the boundary condition under instantaneous constant load in traditional sand-drained consolidation theory, the three-dimensional consolidation equation of sand-drained ground was solved based on the continuous drainage boundary ...

Efficacy of smear layer removal by two Ayurvedic herbal irrigants, using continuous vs. syringe and needle irrigation

open access: yesEndodontology, 2019
Introduction: A successful root canal therapy is largely dependent on thorough chemo-mechanical debridement of the root canal space. However, mechanical preparation inadvertently forms an amorphous layer, known as the “smear layer.” Traditionally used ...

Hormonal effects of Depo-Provera in cervical smears [PDF]

open access: yesCancer, 2002
Long-acting injectable contraceptive agents may cause changes in cervical smears that could impair the detection of epithelial abnormalities. The objectives of the current study were to 1) compare the hormonal effects of depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate (Depo-Provera) (DP) in cervical smears with those of levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol ...

Effect of temperature and passive ultrasonic irrigation of EDTA 17% in smear layer removal

open access: yes, 2022
Smear layer removal in root canal treatment is required to aid the diffusion of intracanal medicament and help sealer penetrate into dentinal tubules. The need for irrigants is important to facilitate smear layer removal in the root canal.

The investigation of endodontic irrigants and polyhexanide-based solution action on smear layer

open access: yesЭндодонтия Today
AIM. The effect of irrigants on the smear layer on the intracanalicular dentin surface is one of the important issues in endodontics. The objective of this article is to determine the effect of different concentrations of polyhexanide-based solutions and

Mixed‐Metal Promotion in a Manganese‐Molybdenum Oxynitride as Catalyst to Integrate C─C and C─N Coupling Reactions for the Direct Synthesis of Acetonitrile from Syngas and Ammonia

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Transition metal oxy/carbo‐nitrides show great promise as catalysts for sustainable processes. A Mn‐Mo mixed‐metal oxynitride attains remarkable performance for the direct synthesis of acetonitrile, an important commodity chemical, via sequential C─N and C─C coupling from syngas (C1) and ammonia (N1) feedstocks.

Effect of smear on load capacity of sand compaction piles

open access: yes, 2010
Shear strength of model SCP installed in 100mm diameter and 200mm long clay specimens is investigated using conventional triaxial compression tests. The composite specimen were prepared by driving a small diameter PVC casing into the sample and then ...
