Gold recovery and migration mechanism in the copper smelting and converting [PDF]
The gold embedded in the copper concentrate is enriched in the matte phase during copper smelting and transferred into blister copper during subsequent processing, via which the gold was recycled. In the copper smelting, gold dissolved and appeared as Au

The influence of the silicate slag composition on copper losses during smelting of the sulfide concentrates [PDF]
This paper presents the results of multi-linear regression analysis (MLRA) of the slag composition (SiO2, FeO, Fe3O4, CaO, Al2O3) and the content of copper in the matte on resulting copper content in the slag during smelting of the sulfide concentrates ...

By introducing FeCoNi medium‐entropy alloy, the bismuth sulfide (Bi2S3) material achieves a record‐high ZT of 1.1 at 773 K, owing to the solid‐states replacement reaction and the volatilization of low melting‐point metal. This strategy is also applicable to other sulfur‐based thermoelectric materials.
