This study constructed the first D‐amino acid antimicrobial peptide dataset and developed an AI model for efficient screening of substitution sites, with 80% of candidate peptides showing enhanced activity. The lead peptide dR2‐1 demonstrated potent antimicrobial activity in vitro and in vivo, high stability, and low toxicity.

A note on the correlation smile [PDF]
The correct modeling of default dependence is essential for the valuation of multiname credit derivatives. However for the pricing of synthetic CDOs a one-factor Gaussian copula model with constant and equal pairwise correlations, default intensities and

Adiabaticity Conditions for Volatility Smile in Black-Scholes Pricing Model
Our derivation of the distribution function for future returns is based on the risk neutral approach which gives a functional dependence for the European call (put) option price, C(K), given the strike price, K, and the distribution function of the ...

SAGE is a unified framework for spatial domain identification in spatial transcriptomics that jointly models tissue architecture and gene programs. Topic‐driven gene selection (NMF plus classifier‐based scoring) highlights spatially informative genes, while dual‐view graph embedding fuses local expression and non‐local functional relations.

Short and Long Term Smile Effects: The Binomial Normal Mixture Diffusion Model [PDF]
This paper extends the normal mixture diffusion (NMD) local volatility model of Brigo and Mercurio (2000, 2001a,b, 2002) so that it explains both short-term and long-term smile effects.

High‐Conductivity Electrolytes Screened Using Fragment‐ and Composition‐Aware Deep Learning
We present a new deep learning framework that hierarchically links molecular and functional unit attributions to predict electrolyte conductivity. By integrating molecular composition, ratios, and physicochemical descriptors, it achieves accurate, interpretable predictions and large‐scale virtual screening, offering chemically meaningful insights for ...
