Advanced NanoBiomed Research, EarlyView.Micro‐ and nanotopographical cues, substrate stiffness, and mechanical patterning synergistically direct pluripotent stem cell fate and function by tuning cellular perception at the biointerface. Pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), comprised of embryonic stem cells and induced PSCs, hold tremendous therapeutic potential.
