Flexible and highly sensitive H2S gas sensor based on in-situ polymerized SnO2/rGO/PANI ternary nanocomposite with application in halitosis diagnosis

Sensors and actuators. B, Chemical, 2019
A room temperature sub-ppb hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas sensors based on tin oxide/reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline (SnO2/rGO/PANI) was synthesized by in-situ polymerization technique.

Superior wave-absorbing performances of silicone rubber composites via introducing covalently bonded SnO2@MWCNT absorbent with encapsulation structure

, 2020
SnO2@MWCNT wave absorbent was firstly fabricated via a hydrothermal process followed by heat treatment. Then SnO2@MWCNT/silicone rubber wave-absorbing composites were obtained by solution casting method.

Catalytic sites on SnO2 and TiO2&SnO2 for the isomerization of 1-butene

Journal of Catalysis, 1976
The nature of active sites for the isomerization of 1-butene on SnO 2 and TiO 2 SnO 2 with various treatments has been studied. Over SnO 2 evacuated at 400–600 °C, a highly selective isomerization of 1-butene to cis -2-butene was observed ( cis-/trans -2-butene ≈19).

Thin film sensors of SnO2-CuO-SnO2 sandwich structure to H2S

Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, 2001
Abstract SnO 2 thin films were prepared using SnCl 4 and O 2 as precursors by means of plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) method, and were modified with CuO by soaked technique to form a SnO 2 -CuO-SnO 2 sandwich structure.

Electrooptical properties of SnO2 spray–GaSe and SnO2 spray–GaTe heterojunctions

Physica Status Solidi (a), 1978
A new heterojunction using III-VI lamellar GaTe compound and SnO2 spray is fabricated. The study of I–U characteristics of GaSe–SnO2 and GaTe–SnO2 diodes versus temperature show strong analogy between the modes of conduction in both the devices. From the variation versus temperature of the space charge limited current part of the characteristic, trap ...

SnO2 reduction by hydrogen bombardment and its effect on SnO2/a-Si interfaces

Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids, 1989
Abstract Commercial SnO 2 and its interface with a-Si have been studied by photoemission. The valence band (V.B.) spectra show that in some regions of SnO 2 a large amount of metallic Sn is present. Similar V.B. spectra were obtained in good regions as a consequence of H bombardment.

Nanocrystalline SnO2 and In-doped SnO2 as anode materials for lithium batteries

Solid State Ionics, 2004
Abstract SnO2 is one of the promising candidates for the use as anode materials in lithium batteries. This work describes the X-ray absorption near-edge spectra (XANES) and the electrochemical properties of nanocrystalline SnO2 and In-doped SnO2 via a soft chemistry route.

Impedance of the SnO2|liquid crystal ZhK-440|SnO2 system

Russian Journal of Electrochemistry, 2016
The SnO2|ZhK-440|SnO2 system, where the ZhK-440 is a liquid crystal mixture consisting of 2/3 parts of p-butyl-p'-methyloxyazoxybenzene and 1/3 part of p-butyl-p'-heptanoyloxyazoxybenzene, was studied by impedance spectroscopy. The impedance spectrum of the system contained the contributions from electric conductivity and bulk and electrode ...

Sensing Behavior of SnO2-Graphene Nanocomposites

2013
The sensing properties of SnO2-graphene composites prepared by a one-pot non-aqueous procedure assisted by microwave treatment have been investigated. The combined characteristics of the microwave heating and the “benzyl alcohol route” allowed to selectively grow, at the temperature of 185 °C and in only few minutes, metal oxide nanoparticles on the ...
