Drug‐Induced Sleep Endoscopy in Infants With Obstructive Sleep Apnea: Current Evidence and Knowledge Gaps

This scoping review of 8 observational studies including 151 infants under 12 months found that DISE most often identified dynamic, frequently multilevel airway obstruction, particularly at the supraglottis and retrolingual airway, with additional nasal and adenotonsillar contributors.
