Abstract Background Traditionally, there has been a reluctance to use weight training with female gymnasts due to concerns that it could cause detrimental increases in muscle mass and impede flexibility. Recent literature has demonstrated that strength training has no significant effect on flexibility and can improve athletic performance.

Task‐Designated Identities in Danish Homeless Shelters
This paper is based on an ethnographic study of how domesticity is enacted and adapted at homeless shelters for determining which clients are “service worthy .” The study draws on nineteen placement meetings with homeless men and focuses on institutional mechanisms for encouraging homemaking skills or domesticity among clients.

A Foundation Model for Soccer [PDF]
We propose a foundation model for soccer, which is able to predict subsequent actions in a soccer match from a given input sequence of actions. As a proof of concept, we train a transformer architecture on three seasons of data from a professional soccer league.
