The respective roles of the heterojunction (HJ) and spontaneously formed photo‐charge (SP) channels in low‐donor‐content devices have been decoupled and subjected to a targeted optimization strategy. A breakthrough of light utilization efficiency (LUE) in semi‐transparent organic solar cells (ST‐OSCs) is achieved.

Proving Montessori: Identity and Dilemmas in a Montessori Teacher’s Lived Experience [PDF]
This phenomenological case study was conducted to better understand the experience of a Montessori teacher in a leadership role. A veteran Montessori teacher, newly hired by an established Montessori preschool, was interviewed over the course of her ...

A snap‐top delivery nanosystem based on an azobenzene metal–organic framework achieves targeted release of 6‐mercaptopurine via acid‐stable frameworks and hypoxia/pH dual‐responsive β‐cyclodextrin gates. This multifunctional platform integrates three synergistic mechanisms: precision drug delivery to inflammatory sites, intrinsic antioxidant properties

Eco-evolutionary dynamics of social dilemmas
Social dilemmas are an integral part of social interactions. Cooperative actions, ranging from secreting extra-cellular products in microbial populations to donating blood in humans, are costly to the actor and hence create an incentive to shirk and ...

Customizing Tactile Sensors via Machine Learning‐Driven Inverse Design
ABSTRACT Replicating the sophisticated sense of touch in artificial systems requires tactile sensors with precisely tailored properties. However, manually navigating the complex microstructure‐property relationship results in inefficient and suboptimal designs.

Rewarding cooperation in social dilemmas [PDF]
One of the most direct human mechanisms of promoting cooperation is rewarding it. We study the effect of sharing a reward among cooperators in the most stringent form of social dilemma.

Annealing‐Induced Plasticity and Strengthening in Metallic Glasses
This work challenges the dogma that annealing inevitably embrittles metallic glasses. We demonstrate that sub‐Tg annealing, guided by positive mixing enthalpy and constrained kinetics, can drive a self‐organized compositional fluctuation that creates an interface‐free heterogeneous structure.

Collective influence in evolutionary social dilemmas
When evolutionary games are contested in structured populations, the degree of each player in the network plays an important role. If they exist, hubs often determine the fate of the population in remarkable ways.
