ABSTRACT Objective Self‐Limited Epilepsy with Centrotemporal Spikes (SeLECTS) is associated with language impairments despite seizures originating in the motor cortex, suggesting aberrant cross‐network interactions. Objective Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) use in limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (lcSSc) is relatively uncommon because of the lower fibrotic burden and the predominance of vascular complications.
