Some Missed Congruences modulo powers of $2$ for $t$-colored overpartitions [PDF]
Recently, Nayaka and Naika (2022) proved several congruences modulo $16$ and $32$ for $t$-colored overpartitions with $t=5,7,11$ and $13$. We extend their list using an algorithmic technique.

One modification of the Salem function [PDF]
The present article is devoted to one example which related to the Salem function. The main attention is given to properties of one type of functions including items related to functional equations, graphs, the Lebesgue integral, etc.

Equivariant Topological Quantum Field Theory in Dimension 2 [PDF]
For $G$ a finite group, we prove in dimension 2 that there is a monoidal equivalence between the category of $G$-equivariant topological quantum field theories and the category of $G$-Frobenius algebras, this was proved by G. Moore and G. Segal. This work consists to give, in more detail, a proof of this result.

The article is an historical overview of some of the major contributions from different areas of Science with which, for centuries, it has been built up a scientific, sound and consistent vision of the atom. Some experiments that led us to a number of evidence about the composite nature of the atom are highlighted.

Multifractal dimensions for projections of measures [PDF]
In this paper, we study the multifractal Hausdorff and packing dimensions of Borel probability measures and study their behaviors under orthogonal projections. In particular, we try through these results to improve the main result of M. Dai in \cite{D} about the multifractal analysis of a measure of multifractal exact dimension.

A Method to construct all the Paving Matroids over a Finite Set [PDF]
We give a characterization of a matroid to be paving, through its set of hyperplanes and give an algorithm to construct all of them.

On Jaeger's HOMFLY-PT expansions, branching rules and link homology: a progress report [PDF]
This note is a write-up of a talk given by the author at the Meeting of the Sociedade Portuguesa de Matematica in July 2012. We describe Jaeger's HOMFLY-PT expansion of the Kauffman polynomial and how to generalize it to other quantum invariants using the so-called "branching rules" for Lie algebra representations.

Unitary theories in the work of Mira Fernandes (beyond general relativity and differential geometry) [PDF]
An analysis of the work of Mira Fernandes on unitary theories is presented. First it is briefly mentioned the Portuguese scientific context of the 1920s. A short analysis of the extension of Riemann geometries to new generalized geometries with new affine connections, such as those of Weyl and Cartan, is given.

Covariant Quantization Of Green Schwarz Superstring [PDF]
We describe a canonical covariant approach to the quantization of the Green-Schwarz superstring. The approach is first applied to the canonical covariant quantization of the Brink and Schwarz superparticle. The Kallosh action is obtained in this case, with the correct BRST cohomology.
