Erenumab and OnabotulinumtoxinA in Chronic Migraine: A Comparative Analysis

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Neurology, Volume 33, Issue 6, June 2026.
In this prospective cohort study, Erenumab and OnabotulinumtoxinA showed similar reductions in headache frequency at 3 and 6 months. Both improved quality of life, while Erenumab achieved greater reductions in migraine‐related disability (MIDAS). These findings support individualized treatment selection.
