Este estudio destaca como objetivo de investigación analizar las medidas socioeducativas en el Ecuador y su eficacia en la rehabilitación social de los adolescentes infractores. A través de un enfoque cuantitativo, se recopilaron datos mediante encuestas aplicadas a 16 operadores del sistema de justicia juvenil y profesionales expertos.
