Mechanical Biomimetic Nanocomposites for Multidimensional Treatment of Arterial Thrombosis
In this study, a mechanical biomimetic nanocomposite is developed, guided by photoacoustic imaging, to achieve highly efficient and safe thrombolysis through the synergistic effects of photothermal therapy and pharmacological intervention. Most notably, the nanoparticle improves the microenvironment of arterial thrombi, marked by high shear stress and ...

The study identified sortilin as a promising LTR, enabling targeted degradation of oncogenic proteins through an mRNA‐encoded MedTAC strategy. In a mouse model, MedTACPTK7 reduced PTK7 by up to 80%, extended survival, and showed excellent pharmacokinetics without toxicity, providing a scalable platform for targeted therapies.

Polyaspartic acid‐calcium‐lanthanum (PAsp‐Ca‐La) complexes could induce antibacterial remineralization of demineralized dentin and in‐depth occlusion of dentinal tubules (DTs) with lanthanum‐doped hydroxyapatite (La‐HAp) via polyelectrolyte‐cation complexes pre‐precursor (PCCP) process, allowing the release of La3+ in response to acids generated by ...

In this work, a series of single‐site metal phthalocyanine catalysts (MPcs (M = Zn, Co, Ni, Cu, and Fe)) are screened to learn their activity‐selectivity relationship in the co‐reduction reaction of CO2 and nitrates toward urea formation, which can be significantly promoted by enhanced adsorption of *HOOCNO, reduced adsorptions of *N and *COOH, and ...

This study demonstrates that mutant FAT1 promotes ASCL2‐driven, CPT1A‐dependent fatty acid oxidation, leading to resistance to CPI‐613‐mediated TCA cycle inhibition in head and neck cancer. In vivo gene depletion of mutant FAT1 with LNP‐sgFAT1 suppresses tumor growth and restores CPI‐613 sensitivity, revealing a targetable metabolic bypass with ...

Characterization of sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium citrate dehydrate residues on surfaces
Talanta, 2018Sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) and sodium citrate dihydrate (sodium citrate) are the most widely used components in detergent formulations. Here, we characterized these two components on glass surfaces to assess their possible exposures from white spots on dishwasher-washed dishes.

Sodium citrate as a self-sacrificial sodium compensation additive for sodium-ion batteries.
Chemical Communications, 2021Commercial sodium citrate is proposed as the self-sacrificial cathode additive for the first time to offset the initial sodium loss. The optimum additive can obviously increase the energy density of the as-constructed hard carbon//Na3V2(PO4)2F3/rGO full ...
