ABSTRACT A 26‐year‐old male with a lower lip mucocele was successfully treated using weekly intralesional injection of Dexamethasone (2 mL) for 3 weeks. This non‐surgical approach leads to the complete resolution of the lesion within a four‐week duration with no recurrence during follow‐up.
