ABSTRACT Strain is a proven technique for modifying the bandgap and enhancing carrier mobility in 2D materials. Most current strain engineering techniques rely on the post‐growth transfer of these atomically thin materials from growth substrates to target surfaces, limiting their integration into nanoelectronics.

Ion Crowding Effect in Unilaterally Downsized Perovskite Memristors
The downscaling of perovskite memristors incorporating monocrystalline nanoplates is accompanied by an ion crowding effect, which greatly enhances the local electric field in the vicinity of electrode. The highly controlled crowding of anions and vacancies results in anisotropic switching characteristics as well as unique morphology modification ...

Scalable Laser Processing Enables Transparent, Accretion Scale‐Independent, Ice‐Shedding Glass
We demonstrate a scalable laser‐based method to create wave‐like micro‐patterns on glass surfaces that counter the conventional view that roughness increases ice adhesion. These patterns direct crack propagation at the ice–glass interface, enabling low‐force, multi‐directional ice detachment while maintaining substrate transparency. A theoretical model

Environmental Stability and Electronic Properties of Individual Flakes of Ti2CTx MXene
The paper presents a synthesis of large Ti2CTx MXene flakes with sizes reaching 40 µm and examines their environmental stability and electronic behavior. It demonstrates that monolayer flakes degrade rapidly in ambient conditions, leading to semiconducting‐like behavior with low conductivity and mobility. In contrast, multilayer flakes exhibit enhanced

High‐Speed Flexible Schottky Diodes Based on Carbon Nanotubes
We demonstrate a flexible Schottky diode based on carbon nanotube network thin film, and the devices are fabricated via a low‐temperature process on a PI substrate, which exhibits excellent radio‐frequency characteristics, with a high responsivity 6 A/W at zero bias, a high intrinsic cut‐off frequency reaching 153 GHz, and an extrinsic cut‐off ...
