On Soft ωδ-Open Sets and Some Decomposition Theorems

open access: yesMathematics
In this paper, we present a novel family of soft sets named “soft ωδ-open sets”. We find that this class constitutes a soft topology that lies strictly between the soft topologies of soft δ-open sets and soft ω0-open sets.

3D Printing Innovations in Polymeric Porous and Patterned Architecture

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Polymeric foams occupy a unique structural space between dense solids and open networks, where engineered void fraction governs mechanical compliance, thermal resistance, and mass transport. Additive manufacturing now enables precise spatial control over cellular architecture, unlocking designer foam structures across applications spanning crash ...

Soft Complete Continuity and Soft Strong Continuity in Soft Topological Spaces

open access: yesAxioms, 2023
In this paper, we introduce soft complete continuity as a strong form of soft continuity and we introduce soft strong continuity as a strong form of soft complete continuity. Several characterizations, compositions, and restriction theorems are obtained.

Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy in Bionanotechnology: Current Advances and Future Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Kelvin probe force microscopy (KPFM) enables the nanoscale mapping of electrostatic surface potentials. While widely applied in materials science, its use in biological systems remains emerging. This review presents recent advances in KPFM applied to biological samples and provides a critical perspective on current limitations and future directions for

On Soft Generalized Topological Spaces

open access: yesJournal of New Results in Science, 2014
– The main purpose of this paper is to introduce soft generalized topology on a soft set. The definitions of subspace soft generalized topology and soft continuity of soft functions are introduced.

Microscopic Insights into Magnetic Warping and Time‐Reversal Symmetry Breaking in Topological Surface States of Rare‐Earth‐Doped Bi2Te3

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Magnetic doping of the topological insulator Bi2Te3 with erbium adatoms induces out‐of‐plane magnetism and breaks time‐reversal symmetry, opening a Dirac gap and driving a Fermi surface transition from hexagonal to star‐of‐David geometry. Microscopy, spectroscopy, and magnetic dichroism reveal atomically controlled magnetic interactions that tailor the

On soft generalized preregular closed and open sets in soft topological spaces

open access: yesApplied Mathematical Sciences, 2014
In this paper, we define soft generalized preregular closed and open sets in soft topological spaces which are defined over an initial universe with a fixed set of parameters and we investigate some basic properties of these concepts. Also we discuss their relationships with different types of subsets of soft topological spaces with the help of ...

Topology and Material Optimization in Ultra‐Soft Magneto‐Active Structures: Making Advantage of Residual Anisotropies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Residual magnetization induces pronounced mechanical anisotropy in ultra‐soft magnetorheological elastomers, shaping deformation and actuation even without external magnetic fields. This study introduces a computational‐experimental framework integrating magneto‐mechanical coupling into topology optimization for designing soft magnetic actuators with ...

Generalizations of ѵ-Lindelöf generalized topological spaces [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
A significant contribution to the theory of generalized open sets was made by Császár (1997), he introduced the concept of generalized neighborhood systems and generalized topological spaces.

Using adjacency matrices to lay out larger small-world networks

open access: yes, 2016
Many networks exhibit small-world properties. The structure of a small-world network is characterized by short average path lengths and high clustering coefficients.
