Deciphering Small Molecule Diffusion Parameters Across Light Responsive Polymersome Membranes
Light‐responsive polymersomes bearing donor–acceptor Stenhouse adducts (DASAs) enable programmable control over small‐molecule transport across synthetic membranes. By systematically varying DASA density, an optimal functionalization regime is identified that maximizes light‐gated permeability.

As raízes da soft law são muito antigas e podem ser identificadas dentro de uma episteme jurídica pluralista onde o fazer jurídico não era, ainda, concentrado na figura do Estado. Com a afirmação do Estado moderno e a centralização da produção normativa,

Revealing accretion onto black holes: X-ray reflection throughout three outbursts of GX 339-4
Understanding the dynamics behind black hole state transitions and the changes they reflect in outbursts has become long-standing problem. The X-ray reflection spectrum describes the interaction between the hard X-ray source (the power-law continuum) and

Light reflectance increases along incidence angle and transmittance significantly drops around 90‐degree incidence angle. Here, we report two‐photon laser printed micro mirrors that redirect the skimming light beam into normal light absorption. Using this technique, light‐driven micro walkers and grippers are demonstrated by using grazing incidence ...

X-ray and Radio Monitoring of GX 339-4 and Cyg X-1
Previous work by Motch et al. (1985) suggested that in the low/hard state of GX339-4, the soft X-ray power-law extrapolated backward in energy agrees with the IR flux level.

Novel Functional Materials via 3D Printing by Vat Photopolymerization
This Perspective systematically analyzes strategies for incorporating functionalities into 3D‐printed materials via Vat Photopolymerization (VP). It explores the spectrum of achievable functionalities in recently reported novel materials—such as conductive, energy‐storing, biodegradable, stimuli‐responsive, self‐healing, shape‐memory, biomaterials, and

Soft law and its implications for institutional balance in the EC
The EU avails itself increasingly of soft law instruments, in certain situations to the detriment of legislation. The general assumption underlying this more diversified use of legal instruments is that this contributes to the legitimacy, effectiveness ...

Abstract This chapter examines how domestic courts give recognition, through their judicial reasoning, to soft law. The concept of soft law gives recognition to international normative standards which do not fall under the recognized sources of international law (conventions, custom, and the general principles of law). Within the context
