On the neutrosophic soft set with rough set theory. [PDF]

open access: yesSoft comput, 2021
Rough set is a very powerful invention to the whole world for dealing with uncertain, incomplete and imprecise problems. Also soft set theory and neutrosophic set theory are advance mathematical tools to handle these uncertain, incomplete, inconsistent information in a better way.

Soft sets and soft rings

open access: bronzeComputers & Mathematics with Applications, 2010
AbstractMolodtsov (1999) introduced the concept of soft sets in [1]. Then, Maji et al. (2003) defined some operations on soft sets in [2]. Aktaş and Çaǧman (2007) defined the notion of soft groups in [3]. Finally, soft semirings are defined by Feng et al. (2008) in [5]. In this paper, we have introduced initial concepts of soft rings.

On operations of soft sets

open access: bronzeComputers & Mathematics with Applications, 2011
AbstractSoft set theory, proposed by Molodtsov, has been regarded as an effective mathematical tool to deal with uncertainties. In this paper, first we prove that certain De Morgan’s law hold in soft set theory with respect to different operations on soft sets.

Analysis of survival for lung cancer resections cases with fuzzy and soft set theory in surgical decision making. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS One, 2019
Objective Lung cancer is the most common type of cancer around the world, and it represents the main cause of death in the USA. Surgical treatment is the optimal therapeutic strategy for resectable non-small cell lung cancer.

Operations on soft sets revisited [PDF]

open access: greenJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2012
The concept of soft sets introduced by Molodtsov is a general mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. Just as the conventional set-theoretic operations of intersection, union, complement, and difference, some corresponding operations on soft sets have been proposed.

A NEW SOFT SET OPERATION: COMPLEMENTARY SOFT BINARY PIECEWISE UNION (∪) OPERATION

open access: yesActa Informatica Malaysia, 2023
Molodtsov’s soft set theory has been used in various disciplines both theoretically and practically. It is an effective mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. Since its debut, numerous types of soft set operations have been presented and applied.
