A note on soft sets, rough soft sets and fuzzy soft sets

Applied Soft Computing, 2011
Abstract: Concept of an approximation space associated with each parameter in a soft set is discussed and an approximation space associated with the soft set is defined. For any subset X of the universe U, there is a fuzzy subset of U associated with each parameter of the soft set, also there is a fuzzy subset associated with the soft set.

Logic Connectives for Soft Sets and Fuzzy Soft Sets

IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, 2014
Collections of soft sets and fuzzy soft sets are complete modular lattices with respect to certain binary operations. Therefore, logic connectives such as Triangular norms, Triangular conorms, and implications may be studied for them. A major hurdle in this study is that soft sets and fuzzy soft sets are not sets and fuzzy sets, respectively. Actually,

Soft Sets

2014
This chapter is about soft sets. A brief account of the developments that took place in last 14 years in the field of Soft Sets Theory (SST) has been presented. It begins with a brief introduction on soft sets and then it describes many generalizations of it. The notions of generalized fuzzy soft sets are defined and their properties are studied. After

Soft Sets and Soft Modules

2008
Molodtsov introduced the concept of soft sets.Recently, Aktas et al. generalized soft sets by defining the concept of soft groups. In this paper, we present the definition of soft modules and construct some basic properties using modules and Molodtsov's definition of soft sets.

Probabilistic Soft Sets

2010 IEEE International Conference on Granular Computing, 2010
In this paper, we incorporate Molodtsov’s soft set theory with probability theory and then propose the notion of probabilistic soft sets. We provide some examples of probabilistic soft sets, which seem difficult to be described by the standard soft set and its variants in the literature.

Measurable Soft Sets

International Journal of Open Problems in Computer Science and Mathematics, 2015
The soft set is a mapping from a parameter to the crisp subset of universe. Molodtsov introduced the concept of soft sets as a generalized tool for modeling complex systems involving uncertain or not clearly defined objects. In this paper the concept of measurable soft sets are introduced and their properties are discussed.

An extended soft set model: Type-2 fuzzy soft sets

2011 IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing and Intelligence Systems, 2011
The soft set theory has been initiated by Molodtsov as a useful mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty, fuzzy, not clearly defined objects. However, it is inappropriate to be used to deal with fuzzy parameters that involve uncertain words, linguistic terms and have a non-measurable domain.

SOFT SETS AND SOFT BCH-ALGEBRAS

2014
In this paper, the concept of soft BCH-algebra is introduced and in the meantime, some of their properties and structural characteristics are discussed and studied. The bi-intersection, extended intersection, restricted union, ∨-union, ∧-intersection and cartesian product of the family of soft BCH-algebras and soft BCH-subalgebras are established. Also,
