New soft-switched/switched-reluctance motor drive circuit
IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications, 1999A new soft-switched three-phase switched-reluctance motor drive circuit that uses only four transistors is proposed. The circuit produces less EMI due to the application of soft switching, and the output torque is increased by means of a shorter current tail.
