Clickable Microgel Inks Enable Spatioselective, Multi‐Stimuli Programmable Assembly of Materials
Clickable microgel inks enable direct ink writing of hydrogel architectures with intrinsic spatioselective and programmable multi‐responsiveness. By combining pH‐responsive and temperature‐responsive microgel building blocks through Diels‐Alder interparticle crosslinking, the assemblies exhibit controllable swelling and shape changes.

The role of wild hosts (wild pigs and ticks) in the epidemiology of African swine fever in West Africa and Madagascar [PDF]
African swine fever (ASF) adversely affects pig production in Sub-Saharan Africa. In southern and eastern Africa, the virus is maintained in populations of wild pigs (Phacochoerus africanus) and soft ticks from the Genus Ornithodoros.

By grafting dense long double‐brush chains, we synthesized bottlebrush networks with high theoretical enthalpy. Their low entanglement, combined with dynamic bonds, promotes crystalline domain reorganization and minimizes enthalpy loss, achieving a record enthalpy of 240.7 J·g−1.

This study demonstrates that somatic PIK3CA mutations suppress PPT1 expression via activation of the PI3K–AKT–c‐JUN axis. This reduction in PPT1 weakens its interaction with P300, thereby increasing palmitoylation at C1176 of P300 and protecting P300 from lysosomal degradation.
