Anchor‐Free Capsular Augmentation Using the Reflected Head of the Rectus Femoris in Hip Arthroscopy

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Capsular integrity is a key factor in hip stability after arthroscopic procedures. Inadequate capsular closure may contribute to postoperative microinstability, persistent pain, and suboptimal outcomes, particularly in patients undergoing extensive capsulotomy or procedures affecting proximal capsular tissue.

Arthroscopic Saucerization and Anatomic Repair of a Wrisberg Variant Discoid Lateral Meniscus: A Physeal‐Sparing Knotless Anchor Technique

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Discoid lateral meniscus (DLM) is a congenital variant of the knee characterized by an abnormally shaped meniscus prone to tearing and instability. When symptomatic, the treatment plan is based on the location and pattern of the tear, as well as the presence of instability.

Combined Management of Meniscus Root Tear and High Tibial Osteotomy: A Surgical Strategy Using 3‐Dimensional Printing

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Combining high tibial osteotomy with meniscal posterior root repair is technically challenging because of the limited metaphyseal bone stock, the proximity of the transtibial tunnel to the osteotomy site, and the risk of implant conflict or tibial fracture.

A Transosseous Suture Technique for Rotator Cuff Repair in Patients With Severe Osteoporosis

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Suture anchor‐based repair is widely regarded as the standard technique for rotator cuff tears; however, in patients with severe osteoporosis, anchor pullout remains a major concern. Classical transosseous rotator cuff repair provides favorable biomechanical strength and avoids anchor‐related complications but has several inherent limitations.
