Cognitive Routing in Software-Defined Underwater Acoustic Networks
There are two different types of primary users (natural acoustic and artificial acoustic), and there is a long propagation delay for acoustic links in underwater cognitive acoustic networks (UCANs). Thus, the selection of a stable route is one of the key

DROM: Optimizing the Routing in Software-Defined Networks With Deep Reinforcement Learning
This paper proposes DROM, a deep reinforcement learning mechanism for Software-Defined Networks (SDN) to achieve a universal and customizable routing optimization. DROM simplifies the network operation and maintenance by improving the network performance,

HyCell: Enabling GREEN Base Station Operations in Software-Defined Radio Access Networks
The radio access networks (RANs) need to support massive and diverse data traffic with limited spectrum and energy. To cope with this challenge, software-defined radio access network (SDRAN) architectures have been proposed to renovate the RANs. However,

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Cache-Enabled Software Defined Heterogeneous Networks for Green and Flexible 5G Networks
The network densification of small cells (SCs) is a promising way to cope with the explosive growth of future traffic demands in 5G networks. However, the overall power consumption and the backhaul limitation of the network have become the key factors ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...
