A compostable PGS soft surgical robot with interchangeable modules integrates transient Mo tactile and Si thermal sensors for dual feedback. The device preserves its function after clinical‐grade sterilization, demonstrates stable actuation and cardiac tissue grasping with real‐time in vivo pulsatile monitoring, and biodegrades post‐use with soil‐safe,

An architecture‐enabled bottom‐heated 3D solar convective evaporator spatially decouples photothermal heating from evaporation, triggering natural convection that intensifies sidewall vapour removal and heat transfer. The system achieves significantly enhanced evaporation rates over 2D and conventional 3D designs while confining salt precipitation to ...

Soil erodibility in Europe: a high-resolution dataset based on LUCAS [PDF]
The greatest obstacle to soil erosion modelling at larger spatial scales is the lack of data on soil characteristics. One key parameter for modelling soil erosion is the soil erodibility, expressed as the K-factor in the widely used soil erosion model ...

A robust plant protein adhesive was prepared by fabricating a bi‐continuous organic–inorganic hybrid structure. Compared with traditional organic–inorganic hybrid adhesives, the addition amount of inorganic phase is increased from 0.2%–3.0% to 50%, and the strength and toughness are increased by 6 and 121 times, respectively.

INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT SOURCES AND LEVELS OF NITROGEN AND ROCK PHOSPHATE ADDITION ON MAIZE PRODUCTIVITY AND SOIL FERTILITY [PDF]
Two field experiments were conducted at Sids Agricultural Research Station Farm during 2010 and 2011 seasons to investigate the effect of two nitrogen fertilizer sources, namely ammonia gas (83% N) and urea (46.5% N) with three levels, i.e.
