Sustainable Catalyst‐Free PLG Networks: Recyclability, Biodegradability, and Functional Performance
A catalyst‐additive free covalent adaptable network is developed from star‐shaped poly(lactide‐co‐glycolide) cross‐linked with pyromellitic dianhydride, enabling internal carboxylic acid‐driven transesterification. The resulting biodegradable network exhibits mechanical robustness (Young's modulus ≈1.6 GPa), complete recyclability, rapid biodegradation

ABSTRACT Electronic waste has emerged as a major environmental challenge, driven by the massive consumption and a limited lifetime of modern electronic devices, stimulating the development of sustainable electronics. Here, an all‐biomaterial gelatin‐choline‐citric acid ([Ch][CA]) ionogel is developed as an active binder to realize self‐sintered ...

High single-pass conversion of nitrous oxide to dinitrogen in gas-diffusion-electrolyzer
Electrocatalytic N2O reduction reaction offers a sustainable solution of converting greenhouse gas N2O to N2 under ambient conditions, but achieving high single-pass conversion remains challenging.

HEAVY METAL ACCUMULATION IN ROOTS OF ТARAXACUM OFFICINALE WIGG [PDF]
Soil is an active acceptor for some elements, heavy metals in particular. Microelements are firmly sorbed and interact with soil humus layer. At the same time some plants are resistant to soil contamination and can be used as bioindicators.
