The present study demonstrated that PFOA and HFPO‐TA exposure suppressed CDK4, disrupted MERCs and impaired PINK1/Parkin‐mediated mitophagy, thereby accelerating cardiac senescence, whereas CAG effectively reversed these pathological changes in vitro.
