Thermally Assisted Photocatalytic Dehydrogenation of Methanol in Continuous Steady‐State Operation

Thermally assisted photocatalytic methanol dehydrogenation on Pt/TiO2 enables formaldehyde and hydrogen production far beyond thermodynamic limits. Continuous operation delivers up to 95% selectivity over 70 h, and oxygen microdosing strongly boosts conversion by regenerating surface oxygen sites.

Flexoelectric Suppression of Interfacial Carrier Loss in BaTiO3 Thin‐Film Bulk Photovoltaic Systems

In single‐crystalline BaTiO3 thin films, flexoelectric strain gradients strongly enhance photocurrent by suppressing interfacial carrier loss. A ZIF‐90 nanocarrier delivers dinotefuran and suppresses NlABCG3 and NlABCH1 in resistant Nilaparvata lugens. This system combines pH/ATP‐triggered release with enhanced foliar retention, improving efficacy while sparing honeybees and promoting rice growth, offering a promising resistance‐breaking strategy.

Engineering Slow‐Carrier Interfacial Recombination Enables Tailored Spectral Response

This work demonstrates that weak‐drift slow carriers are preferentially captured at generic semiconductor surfaces/interfaces and recombine. This process is manipulated to achieve tailored spectral response. A tens of µm‐wide depletion region is created to observe surface collection rates for photocarriers generated at different positions.
