CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS TRACKER [PDF]

open access: yesFiabilitate şi Durabilitate, 2018
Using photovoltaic panels to produce electricity is one of modern solutions to replace energy production based on fossil fuels. Photovoltaic panels with modern energy storage systems can ensure energy independence of individual houses.

Monitoring and data acquisition system for the photovoltaic training facility on the engineering and energy building [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Solar energy is developing fast in Australia, particularly with the installations of grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) systems. Increasing photovoltaic penetration levels causes; however, power quality issues to electricity network operators, due to ...

Halide Perovskite: A Rich Source of Thermal Insulator

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Halide perovskites exhibit ultralow thermal conductivity driven by intrinsic lattice softness and strong anharmonicity, falling below conventional defect‐engineering limits. Weak metavalent bonding, A‐site rattling, and dynamic octahedral tilting drive phonon scattering to the Ioffe–Regel limit, where wave‐like tunneling replaces particle‐like ...

High‐Efficiency Precipitate Recycling Strategy Paves the Way for Efficient Sb2S3 Solar Cells Fabricated by CBD Method

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel PR strategy was proposed to improve CBD‐derived Sb2S3 film quality. It synergistically optimized the CBO of CdS/Sb2S3 interface and the back‐contact barrier, while the VS2 donor defect was converted into SSb2 acceptor defect with lower concentration.

Eco‐Friendly Solvent System for Inkjet Deposition of Wide Bandgap Perovskite Solar Cells Enabling Tandem Integration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The fabrication of wide‐bandgap perovskite thin films via green solvents integrated with inkjet printing is developed. Controlled crystallization of the perovskite layer is achieved by optimizing ink formulation and additive engineering, enabling power conversion efficiencies above 17% for single junctions and 28% for perovskite/silicon tandem solar ...

Improved electrical efficiency by active cooling of building integrated photovoltaic panels [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
The electrical efficiency of photovoltaic devices can be directly related to the temperature of the photovoltaic cells. The ability to actively cool building integrated photovoltaic solar panels allows their electrical efficiency to be maintained during ...

Efficient Hot Carrier Management in Lead Halide Perovskite Micro‐Disks Revealed by Super‐Diffusive Migration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Hot‐carrier transport in metal halide perovskites is investigated using spatiotemporally‐resolved photoluminescence microscopy. Mesa‐shaped MAPbBr3 microdisks exhibit anomalous super‐diffusive carrier propagation on nanosecond timescales, driven by hot‐carrier stabilization and strong carrier–phonon coupling.
